Raw Beans - Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazu
Finca La Pastora comes from the co-op in Tarrazú. The coffee is caturra and catuai, grown at 1,200 to 1,800m above sea level, earning it Strict Hard Bean (SHB) status. It is fully washed and drum dried.
The fragrance is like stone fruit and there is a floral aroma. Body is nice and round, acidity vibrant. Flavour notes include malty, chocolate, citrus, grape, and dates.
