Don't just learn the basics of making coffee, become a Cafe Allrounder and impress your customers with your Latte Art skills, knowledge of coffee and what it means to be a professional in the hospitality industry.
This course has a heavy practical focus. Learn how to make consistently good espresso coffee shots and how to froth milk properly. You'll learn Australian coffee preparation methods to gain the confdience and knowledge to become part of this Coffee Culture.
This 5-day course is conducted in English, and suitable for people serious about getting into the industry. We also include a day's work experience with one of our partner cafés - a great start to help your employment chances!
